Order Status

If you have an order ready to pick up but have not done so, then you will receive an email from us (Art Fuzd) today (6/1) with specific details on How and Where to pick up your order.

Is my order ready to pickup?

How does it work?

Projects are kiln-fired and readied for pickup on a schedule. You were told when your order will be ready.  It's ready to pickup starting on that date.  You will have been contacted before then (extremely rare) if your order is delayed.

How do I use this form?

Provide the email address or phone number you provided to us for your order.

What am I looking for?

Your most recent order is listed first. You are looking for this column: "Order Status:"

If it's blank, it means your order is not ready yet.

Your order is ready if it says: "ART FUZD ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP"

An easy rule of thumb is that, if it's been at least 10 days since your visit, then your project(s) are definitely ready to pickup.

Is my order ready early?  I want to pickup NOW, ok?

Please check your "Order Status" before popping in "just to see".

What happens if I don't pickup in a timely fashion?

If you want your project(s), you need to pick up. No receipt is needed/necessary to pickup. Anyone can pick up for you. We simply need the last name for the order. If you decline to pickup, your order will no longer be available to pickup.

We hold projects for 30 days (i.e. PLEASE PICK UP / COLLECT WITHIN 30 DAYS). This means, if you visited on 9/1, then assuming up to 10 days for kiln-firing plus 30 days of courtesy hold, means your projects are guaranteed to be here to pick up until 10/10. After that, check your "Order Status".

What are your hours? Can I pickup today?

If we're open you can come in.  Please check our "Calendar" webpage for the days and hours, including any open holiday hours and any closed vacation days.

The studio's not open but I see someone, can I pickup?

Gee, there may be a private event in progress, we may be trying to glaze dip large projects, the cleaning company may be here - so, no, unless there's a "Please knock" sign affixed to the door, please do not knock repeatedly.
